How does the calendar webhook work?

We subscribe to Graph API change notifications. Webhooks renew automatically before they expire.

Where do public holidays come from?

From the location's public holiday calendar configured in Vacation App. Holidays are trimmed automatically from PTO that overlaps them.

OAuth tokens are revoked and deleted immediately. Existing calendar events are not removed automatically.

Vacation App → Integrations → Outlook → Disconnect.

Each approved request creates an event in the user's Outlook Calendar.

Tagged events created in Outlook flow back as leave requests in Vacation App.

OAuth flow grants Calendars.ReadWrite scope.

Default is the user's primary Outlook calendar.

Event syncs in seconds.
